Welcome! Please read below before booking:

For new & returning clients (who have not been seen in 1 year):

Please book a physiotherapy assessment (in-person or virtual) plus 3-4 follow up appointments, once per week. Pelvic health physiotherapy follow-ups are 45 minutes in length, and orthopaedic/regular physiotherapy follow-ups are 30 minutes.

It is recommended to schedule your next few appointments in advance to support your progress, avoid long waits between visits and ensure appointment availability. Appointments can always be removed or changed.

You’re welcome to add yourself to the waitlist once an assessment is booked and will be notified if an appointment becomes available sooner.

Kelly is looking forward to supporting you in reaching your goals!

Please note that, effective September 1, 2026, all physiotherapy fees will increase by $10. This adjustment reflects continued investments in the clinic to enhance the patient experience, aligns fees more closely with current market rates, and supports my ability to continue providing the personalized, high quality and specialized care that you expect and deserve.
